Carolyn Cottrell has been a member of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP since 1995. She has spent her legal career advocating for the rights of individuals who have been subjected to underpayment of wages, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has litigated hundreds of class actions and individual claims including wage and hour, employment discrimination and civil rights actions.

Ms. Cottrell was honored as a “Top Woman Litigator” by the Daily Journal and she was nominated for “Woman Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Consumer Attorneys of California. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
