Sergio Salazar is a Staff Attorney at the Houston, Texas office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. Sergio received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, Sergio worked as a student practitioner for the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice. During his time as a student practitioner, Sergio represented clients in removal proceedings initiated by the U.S. Department of Justice before the New Orleans Immigration Court. 

Prior to joining the firm, Sergio took his experience and passion for litigation and applied it to representing individuals before the Houston Immigration Court facing removal from the United States. In addition, he has helped numerous families successfully obtain residency, visas and work authorizations through petitions with the Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
