We are investigating on behalf of a potential class of current and former workers including managers, general managers, assistant general managers, assistant store managers, and Omni store managers, who work or worked for Beverages and More (“BevMo!”) in the last four years.
We are investigating whether all time was correctly recorded and paid, and investigating potential violations of state and federal law requiring employers to fully and timely compensate their employees. Companies who underpay employees are subject to litigation to collect unpaid wages, with penalties. Alleged issues include unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, misclassification as exempt, and unpaid meal and rest break premiums.
