Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky Announces Two New Partners in February 2025
Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP, a national plaintiff side law firm, is pleased to announce the February 2025 promotion of two new additional partners. Esther Lee Bylsma and J. Caleigh MacDonald join a growing partner tier at the firm.
Esther Lee Bylsma
Esther Lee Bylsma has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in complex civil litigation. Esther’s practice focuses on representing employees in collective and class actions. Prior to joining Schneider Wallace, Esther represented shareholders in M&A and federal securities class actions throughout the country. Esther serves on the Board of the California Asian Pacific American Bar Association, is a founding Board member of the San Diego Asian American Legal Education Fund, is the Past President of the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego. She is also a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
J. Caleigh MacDonald
J. Caleigh MacDonald has over a decade of experience in complex antitrust litigation and qui tam actions. He is currently a member of the team at SWCK that represents some of the world’s largest insurance companies in antitrust actions against large pharmaceutical manufacturers. Caleigh began his career in antitrust representing fighters in the UFC alleging monopolization claims for their services under section 2 of the Sherman Act, and direct purchasers of capacitors from an international price-fixing cartel.
